By accessing or using RekaLan ("the Service"), operated by Trigara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

RekaLan is an AI-powered resume builder that helps users create, edit, and export professional resumes. The Service includes features such as AI content enhancement, ATS optimization, multiple templates, and cloud storage.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information in your resumes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Trigara and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI (Google Gemini) to provide content suggestions and enhancements. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions
  • You should not include confidential or sensitive information in AI prompts

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REKALAN AND TRIGARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
